How do I register to become a Green Counter member?

It is simple to become a member. Click the Register link at the top of the page. Enter your email, password and upload a photo of your drivers licence or provincial ID to confirm you are 19+ years old. Your account will be created right away.

Which payment methods does Green Counter accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer payments only.

I’ve emailed payment for my order, now what?

E-transfer emails can take up to an hour to be delivered. After we process the payment and pack your order, if done by 2pm on a business day, your order will ship that same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This information will typically be updated by canada post within 24 hours.

How is my order shipped?

Your order is packed in a cardboard box and vacuum sealed in plastic. It is discretely labelled and will have zero smell. We understand it is important to maintain our members privacy.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are sent via XpressPost. Delivery time is 2 days to major cities and 3+ days to rural areas. You can track it the day after it ships. Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

What is the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping cost can be $15 per order depending. Orders over $125 include free shipping.

How can I contact Green Counter?

Our preferred contact method is email: [email protected]. Our “Contact” page will send us a direct email, or you can reply to your order confirmation email.

When will my order ship?

If we receive your order and E-transfer by 2pm PST, your order will ship that business day.
* Please note that it can take up to 1 hour to receive your E-transfer.

How can I add, edit or cancel my order?

Email us to modify your order. If you contact us before the shipping cutoff time, we will do our best to get the order out same day.

When do I submit payment for my order?

Right away is best, to avoid any delays. But if you send payment a day or 2 later, we will still have your order and will pack and ship as soon as possible.

My package didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date!

We ship orders right away, but delays from Canada Post are possible. If you do not receive your order 2 days after the expected delivery date, email us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

Canada Post will complete an investigation in 3-5 business days. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s “unrecoverable”, we will send you 1 replacement package, free of charge. Exceptions to this guarantee will be made for Northern Quebec and the Canadian Territories. This is due to a high number of lost or unrecoverable packages that are sent to this area.

Please be aware of any holidays or events that take place between your shipping and arrival dates and factor in extra delivery time accordingly.

Please make sure you read through your shipping information carefully and double check to see that it is all correct. We will not reimburse orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to errors made to the shipping address of the customer.

The tracking number doesn’t work?

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. Tracking information on their website will not show up for 6-24 hours. Check tomorrow and it should work.
